Job Role:
Identify new market opportunities within the AEC industry for Autodesk and Lumion solutions
Identify potential prospects needs and technical challenges and propose appropriate software configurations
Work closely with Management to qualify leads and develop technical proposals
Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations for Autodesk AEC Collection software including Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
Present Lumion's architectural visualization and 3D rendering capabilities to architects, designers, and visualization professionals
Design customized software solutions that integrate Autodesk and Lumion products to meet specific client workflows and project requirements
Build and manage strong client relationships, where you will act as the main technical contact, provide on-site consultations and post-sale support, and relay customer feedback to improve products.
Prepare detailed technical specifications, system requirements, and implementation timelines
Support pricing strategies by understanding the technical value proposition of different software configurations
Assist in contract negotiations by providing technical clarifications and solution modifications during the entire sales cycle
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical requirements in CRM systems
Develop and deliver technical training sessions, webinars, and workshops for existing and potential customers
Representing the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and professional events
Create technical content including case studies, white papers, and solution briefs
Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AEC software
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
Minimum 3-10 years of experience in architectural or engineering practice
4-7 years of experience as B2B ACE Software Sales Engineer
Understanding of software licensing models, subscription services, and enterprise agreements
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodology training
Autodesk Software Proficiency from advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills to Civil 3D basics, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, and Autodesk Forma.
Must have a solid grasp of BIM principles to deliver smarter, more efficient design workflows.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Background in client facing roles with strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term partnerships with clients
Ability to manage multiple prospects and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Work Location: Nasr City near Serag Mall
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 including 1 hour break
Friday and Saturday off
