We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Specialist – B2C

Proteam is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Specialist – B2C to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consumer sales and a proven ability to drive growth in fast-paced industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2C sales performance across assigned channels and territories
  • Identify, target, and convert new customers through effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business
  • Execute promotional activities and product launches in coordination with marketing teams
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market insights
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2C sales
  • Previous experience in FMCG, Automotive, or Tawkelat sectors is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
  • Customer-oriented, target-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment

Job Details:

  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Days Off: Friday & Saturday
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Work Location: Mohandseen, Giza
