About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Hydraulics Sales Engineer with strong sales skills and advanced proficiency in Autodesk and Lumion to drive business growth and deliver tailored solutions to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
● Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hydraulics and civil engineering sectors.
● Promote and sell hydraulic products, systems, and solutions to consultants, contractors, and clients.
● Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
● Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and technical offers.
● Support clients in product selection by understanding project specifications and technical requirements.
● Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
● Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
● Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate technical support.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
● Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
● 2–4 years of experience in hydraulics, water networks, pumps, valves, or related civil engineering sales.
● Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
