Site Engineer (Fine Finishing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, particularly in Libya.
• Understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Travel to project sites, including Libya, to oversee progress, conduct inspections, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with local teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the finishing industry, with a proven track record of managing site operations and delivering high-quality projects. 
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of finishing works, materials, and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
• Leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including extended stays in Libya as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
