MicroBIM is hiring a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. We’re a forward-thinking technology company delivering smart software solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for translating technical and complex AEC concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design seamless web and software solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Develop and maintain UI design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions
- Translate technical and complex AEC concepts into simple and user-friendly interfaces
- Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance
- Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development, ideally on complex enterprise or issue-tracking platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, UI prototypes, and real-world implementations (especially dashboards, ticketing/issue systems, etc.)
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Hands-on experience with Angular OR React including SSR, component design, and performance optimization
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS (SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and creating accessible, responsive UIs
