We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as an admin assistant.

Responsibilities:
1. Office Management: Handle correspondence, scheduling, and supplies.
2. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and prepare documents.
3. Correspondence and Communication: Draft professional correspondence and handle mail.
4. Data Entry and Reporting: Assist with data entry and generate reports.
5. Confidentiality and Security: Maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience: Proven administrative experience from 1:3 years.
3. Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
5. Organization and Multitasking: Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy.
7. Problem-solving: Proactive in identifying and solving issues.
8. Adaptability: Flexible and able to work independently or in a team.

Working Conditions:
  • Working Hours: From 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM (Fridays & Saturdays are off)
  • Work Locations: Cairo, Egypt
