Customer Service Representative - CardoO Electronics

 We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:
•⁠  ⁠Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
•⁠  ⁠Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order inquiries.
•⁠  ⁠Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, striving for first-call resolution.
•⁠  ⁠Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
•⁠  ⁠Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
•⁠  ⁠Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:
•⁠  ⁠Previous experience in customer service or a related field (1-2 years of experience)
•⁠  ⁠Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•⁠  ⁠Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
•⁠  ⁠Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
