Benchmark is seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our us as a Accounting Manager. Benchmark is an Egyptian L.L.C specialized in providing professional and integral financial consultancy to Egyptian and foreign businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing Daily Operations:
    Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including tasks such as:
    Month-end and year-end processes
    Accounts payable and receivable
    Cash receipts
    General ledger maintenance
    Payroll and utilities
    Treasury management

  • Financial Reporting:
    Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce financial reports or statements.
    Ensuring compliance with proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

  • Supervision and Compliance:
    Assigning projects and directing staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    Meeting financial accounting objectives.
    Establishing and maintaining fiscal files and records.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, accounting software, and databases).
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Odoo and QuickBooks

Working Conditions:

- Working Hours: From 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM (Fridays & Saturdays are off)

- Work Location: Almazah, Heliopolis, Cairo
