Innovitics is now hiring for a Software Project Manager to join its fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes the overall responsibilities to manage the software projects and plays an important role in the successful completion of the projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones and timelines.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with requirements.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
- Address and resolve project-related issues promptly to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple software projects from initiation to completion.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Understanding of software development processes and life cycles.
- Familiarity with programming languages, software architecture, and system integration.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Ability to assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Working Conditions:
- Location: New Cairo
- Working Hours: 9-11 AM - 5-7 PM
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
