Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers in creating high-quality 3D models and visualizations.
- Oversee project development from concept through execution, ensuring design excellence and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to refine project objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Manage team workflow, resource allocation, and project priorities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D design or architectural visualization.
- Degree in Architecture, Art and Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Preferred candidates should reside in or near 6th of October or El Sheikh Zayed.
