Telesales Executive (Remote)

Teleware is looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build relationships and close deals over the phone. It’s a great opportunity for individuals who are driven, persuasive, and eager to grow within a supportive sales environment.



Key Responsibilities
        Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
        Present Teleware’s services clearly and persuasively
        Follow up with leads using CRM and communication tools
        Schedule appointments, demos, or close deals directly
        Provide daily performance updates and reports
        Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead targeting



Requirements
        Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/Commerce preferred)
        1–3 years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or call center roles
        Strong communication and persuasion abilities
        Confident and professional phone presence
        Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting
        Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales
