Job Title: Account Manager
Talent 360 is hiring for one of its clients in the Media and Advertising field
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the client at agency meetings and make sure they receive what they asked for as part of their agency's contractual agreement.
- Must develop an understanding of:
-The client’s business model
-The marketplace and factors affecting sales
-Advertising techniques from creative, research, and media outreach - Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance and solutions to meet their needs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Prepare and present regular account performance reports and progress updates to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5+Yeras in the same industry is a MUST (Creative studio, marketing, and advertising)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in English with good leadership skills
