About the Role


First Option Engineering Services, with over 10 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), is seeking a full-time, onsite Architecture Sales Engineer to join our team in Nasr City.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities for Autodesk and Lumion solutions.
  • Understand client needs, propose suitable software configurations, and prepare technical proposals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for Autodesk software (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D,               Construction Cloud) and Lumion.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, providing pre- and post-sales technical support.
  • Support contract negotiations and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain CRM records and deliver webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Stay updated on AEC software trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, or related Engineering field.
  • 3–10 years of experience in architectural or engineering practice.
  • 4–7 years of B2B software sales experience (AEC sector preferred).
  • Strong Autodesk proficiency (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ACC, Navisworks, Forma).
  • Solid understanding of BIM principles.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets.

Perks & Work Conditions:

Location: Nasr City, near Serag Mall

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Compensation: Competitive salary + commission
