As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful execution of their events. You will act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and communication. Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the event planning process.
-Understand client needs and objectives, providing strategic recommendations to enhance their event experience.
-Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure events are executed seamlessly.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, creative, and logistics, to ensure all aspects of the event align with client expectations.
-Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
-Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and expanding client relationships.
-Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and client agreements.
-Prepare and present post-event reports, analyzing success metrics and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client relations, preferably in the event planning or hospitality industry.
- A background in design or creative positions is a plus for this role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software or event management tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership over client satisfaction.
