Role Overview

The Junior Customer Experience Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling day-to-day interactions with clients, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales, call centers, or account management, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

  • Support the senior team in implementing customer experience strategies and initiatives.

  • Provide insights on recurring customer issues to help improve processes and services.

  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the company’s services.


Qualifications

  • Experience in telesalescall center operations, or account management roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.

  • Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.

  • Previous experience in service-oriented industries is highly valued.


Working Conditions:

  • Working Days: Sunday -Thursday 

  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM -05:00 PM 

  • Days Off: Friday -Saturday
