We're actively hiring a "Logistics Coordinator"!


Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
- Follow up on the shipment daily with Agents/suppliers and the Clearances office.
- Coordinating and revising documents from suppliers/customers.
- Doing the needful arrangements for shipments (Rates, booking, Issuing B/L’S Tracking, clearance).
- Responsible for every shipment documentation preparation, such as invoice, & packing list, according to the agreement that took place between the Sales department and the client.
- Communicate with suppliers to achieve mutual satisfaction.
- Maintaining filing systems and organizing documents.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Promptly and efficiently resolve shipment and inventory issues as they arise.
* Track final product shipments, costs, and timelines according to requirements.
* Maintain logs and records of executed orders.

Job Requirements:
- BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management, or relevant field
- 1 -2 Years of experience as a logistics coordinator/ Administrator roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of international trade, customs clearance, shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in working autonomously and managing multiple processes concurrently.
- Experience in Odoo software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Work Location: Giza.
