is seeking a motivated
Service Sales Engineer
to promote and sell elevator maintenance contracts.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Promote and sell elevator maintenance contracts to existing and potential clients.
Conduct site assessments to determine service needs and present suitable solutions.
Prepare technical and financial quotations for maintenance agreements.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of proposals.
Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and site visits.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
Provide after-sales support and act as the liaison between clients and technical teams.
Finalize contracts and ensure smooth transition to operations for service delivery.
Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Maintain accurate sales records and client data using CRM tools.
Provide regular performance and pipeline reports to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in the elevators industry or service sales.
Strong understanding of elevator systems and maintenance procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.
Working Conditions:
Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Fridays & Saturdays are off
Work Location: New Cairo, 3rd Settlement, The Industrial Area.
