We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist with strong experience in Personnel & Payroll to handle all operational HR tasks efficiently and ensure compliance.
Your Role:
🔹 Manage all personnel operations including hiring files, contracts, resignations, warnings, and attendance
🔹 Prepare and validate payroll accurately and timely
🔹 Handle social insurance and labor office procedures
🔹 Ensure full compliance with labor law and company policies
🔹 Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
🔹 Prepare HR operational reports and support audits
Requirements:
✅ 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel & Payroll
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
✅ Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations
✅ High attention to detail and confidentiality
✅ Good English and communication skills
