Meras Solutions is seeking an Executive Board Assistant to manage and coordinate office operations, ensuring smooth organizational efficiency. This role provides direct executive support to the CEO and assists senior management as required.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle internal and external communications.
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
Track documents through the approval process and ensure timely signatures.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments.
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings.
Review senior management correspondence prior to final approval.
Follow up on official documentation, payments (e.g., insurance, construction stamps), and regulatory procedures.
Oversee contractor registry applications and monitor operations contract processes.
Provide additional administrative support to senior management as needed.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized (private) university.
1–2 years of proven experience in the real estate sector as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
Excellent command of MS Office and CRM systems.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Work Days: Sunday to Thursday
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
