Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients an Art Director to lead the creative vision and oversee design strategy across multiple high-profile projects. The ideal candidate combines exceptional artistic talent with leadership experience to guide creative teams, ensure brand consistency, and deliver outstanding visual results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative team, including junior and mid-level designers.
- Develop and maintain the overall artistic vision for projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Review and approve creative work, ensuring it meets quality, brand, and project standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, marketing, and other departments to align creative output with business objectives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to the design team, fostering professional growth.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in client presentations and provide strategic creative direction.
- Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest standard.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 6–12 years of experience in creative design, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior design role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to balance creativity with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
