Operation Manager

Work Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the [food & beverage/retail] business, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and workforce scheduling. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Establish and maintain quality control standards for all products and services, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operational processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. 
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold quality standards and address any deviations promptly. 
  • Oversee inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and waste. 
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer satisfaction. 
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.  
  • Minimum 7 years of Experience
  • Specialty Coffee Industry 
  • Managed several branches before
  • Microsoft Office Programs  
  • Presentable 
  • Strong Character 
  • Excellent level of English

Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Fridays & Saturdays are off
  • Work Location: Heliopolis.
