Role Overview:
In this position, you will play a key role in attracting high-value clients and building lasting relationships. You will work closely with various departments to develop innovative, customized solutions for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Client Acquisition & Presentations:

  • Conduct presentations and pitch ideas to potential clients, emphasizing creative solutions.

  • Develop customized proposals and strategies that cater to the specific needs of potential clients, focusing on innovative concepts.

2-Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, opportunities.

  • Analyze market data and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for future projects and client needs.

3-Creative Concept Development:

  • Develop creative and strategic ideas for innovative projects.

  • Collaborate with the design department to conceptualize and refine project ideas that align with both client objectives and market demand.

4-Project Coordination & Execution:

  • Work closely with design, engineering, and leasing teams to ensure seamless project execution from conception to completion.

  • Oversee project progress, ensuring it meets client expectations, stays on budget, and is completed on schedule.

  • Track and follow up on project milestones to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

5-Client Relationship Management & Retention:

  • Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts, strengthening client loyalty and fostering business growth.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

6-Reporting & Strategy Development:

  • Prepare and present reports on market trends, competitor activities, and project progress to management.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans based on market research and client feedback to meet business and client goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or project management.

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to conceptualize innovative ideas and solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Strong understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning.

  • Experience in coordinating cross-departmental teams to ensure successful project delivery.
