"The Brand Director role is a focal point in the company. You are both the ambassador of the company and the representative of the client within. This role requires diplomacy, strategic thinking, and extreme attention to detail.
Job Role:
Act as the main point of contact between clients and the creative team to ensure smooth communication.
Create clear and detailed brief documents to guide creative projects.
Work closely with different teams across the agency to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Research changes and trends in the real estate market and keep track of competitors.
Prepare and share updates on project progress and account performance with clients and team members.
Help find new business opportunities within current client accounts.
Make sure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Stay up to date with industry trends locally and internationally to bring new ideas and insights.
Support the creation of proposals and naming ideas for clients.
Lead client meetings to discuss goals, updates, and feedback.
Oversee the brand management process to keep branding consistent across all materials.
Make sure all campaign deliverables and requirements are completed as agreed in the contract.
Follow up on marketing campaigns, track their progress, and keep records of the final results.
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Monday.com is an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong organizational and time management abilities
A growth mindset with a continuous desire to learn and improve
Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and inspire teams
