Talent 360 is hiring a Senior Partnership Officer for one of its clients 

Lantern Ventures provides a comprehensive suite of support and consulting services designed to empower startups and small to medium enterprises (SMEs) across the various stages of their business journey. 

Job Role

Partnership Strategy Development
- Design and execute a clear partnerships roadmap aligned with Lantern’s vision, investment theses, and growth objectives.

Stakeholder Identification & Engagement
- Identify key partners (corporates, VCs, governmental bodies, accelerators, etc.) and initiate contact, positioning Lantern as a value-driven collaborator.

Proposal & Deal Structuring
- Lead negotiations, develop customized proposals, and structure partnership agreements that ensure mutual benefit and long-term value.

Account Management & Relationship Building
- Maintain and deepen existing partnerships through continuous communication, project follow-up, performance review, and upselling of services where applicable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, ventures, operations, and leadership teams to activate partnerships, co-design initiatives, and align deliverables.

Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs, measure impact, and provide regular updates to the leadership team, including risks, opportunities, and pipeline reports.

Job Qualifications

-From 4 to 7 Years of experience in partnership strategystakeholder engagement, and revenue-generating collaborations is a must 
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategic Management, International Relations, or a related field. A Master’s         degree is a plus
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal – both English and Arabic).
-Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and adapt messages to different audiences.
-Strategic and commercial thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset.
-Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives.
-Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate markets and identify partner-fit.
-High proficiency in presentation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
-Strong command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and presentation tools
-Relevant certificates in Strategic Partnerships, Sales Enablement, or Business Development are a plus

Working conditions

-Full-time job Sunday to Thursday, (hybrid flexibility if needed)
-Location: Residing in Sheikh Zayed or nearby areas
