Job Scope:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information regarding products.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting issues, providing step-by-step guidance
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving client concerns in a timely manner.
- Document all client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the designated systems or databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations to address client needs effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share client feedback to enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information and solutions to clients.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support as required.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to continually improve client support processes.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations, or a related field.
- previous experience in customer services/ telesales or related positions
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Experience in customer relationship management and understanding client needs.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities and analytical skills for prioritizing and resolving issues.
