About the Role:
The Studio Manager oversees OMQ’s creative studio, leading 2D and 3D designers, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality outputs, and alignment with the KSA team. The role ensures timely, accurate, and creative delivery for all event and exhibition projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily studio operations and workflow.
- Supervise and review all 2D/3D design outputs.
- Distribute tasks and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with project and creative teams in KSA.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the design team.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of creative work.
- Report regularly on studio workload, performance, and challenges.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years experience in events/exhibitions or creative agencies.
- Strong understanding of 2D & 3D design workflows and production.
- Previous experience managing designers or a creative studio.
- Solid knowledge of design tools (3Ds Max, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Degree in Fine Arts, Architecture, Design, or related field (preferred).
