Social Media Manager

Talent-360 is hiring for one of its clients ,a leading digital marketing and advertising agency passionate about driving results for their clients , we are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to elevate their clients' brands across social platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies tailored to clients’ needs, aimed at increasing brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content (graphics, posts, videos) suitable for various social media platforms.
- Community Management: Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to build a loyal online community.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor social media metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with client goals.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing and advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative flair and an eye for design, with experience in graphic design tools a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must.
