About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee site execution, manage concrete and finishing works, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise structural concrete and finishing works on site
• Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants & subcontractors
• Review shop drawings and material submittals
• Monitor progress, quality, and HSE standards
• Resolve technical issues
• Prepare progress reports
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 7–8 years of site experience
• Strong expertise in concrete & finishing works
• Experience in residential, resort, or coastal projects preferred
• Strong coordination & problem-solving skills
