Job Purpose

He/She is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that their needs are being met. This involves understanding their business goals and challenges, developing marketing & communication strategies, and providing recommendations for campaign optimization


Job Description:

  • Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients Understand our clients’ creative business needs and develop effective solutions 
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, and responding to client queries and concerns. 
  • Taking the lead role for all assigned client-facing interactions, 
  • Oversee each phase to ensure all teams meet deadlines Take client communication briefs and, where required, support the Account Executives with drafting creative briefs 
  • Developing communication strategies and compiling the final presentation with the creative team.
  • Overseeing the development and execution of successful advertising campaigns for their clients. 
  • This involves collaborating with internal teams such as creative, and social media to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance objectives Lead and manage the performance of account executives, regularly following up with community management, and the creative team to Approve ad design and copy internally and process to the client as appropriate 
  • Analyze hard data, pull out trends and interesting insights, and write key takeaways for a client to understand 
  • Create advertising strategies and media plans from scratch, taking big-picture ideas and identifying the digital platforms and tactics that will help meet goals
  •  Create detailed reports, compile data from media platforms and Google Analytics, and translate that data into qualitative findings Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to our clients promptly 
  • Suggests actions to improve and Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients

Specifications (Qualifications, Experience) :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or an equivalent field
  •  3-5 minimum Previous work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in the Advertising industry 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes 
  • A keen understanding of digital advertising metrics. You know what the difference is between an impression and reach, and how to translate these metrics to big-picture goals

Work Conditions: 
  • Work location: Zamalek
  • Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm
