Talent 360 is hiring Senior Structural Engineer-BIM for one of its clients
Expected Job Role
Structural Design & Analysis: Lead structural design, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards. Perform calculations, simulations, and prepare structural drawings and reports.
BIM Management: Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, Tekla, or Navisworks. Coordinate with architects and engineers to integrate structural models.
Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with design teams, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and support project execution.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure designs meet quality standards, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Innovation & Improvement: Stay updated on structural engineering and BIM advancements, propose efficiency improvements, and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
Proven experience in BIM management for large-scale construction projects (e.g., high-rise buildings, bridges, industrial facilities).
Experience working with international clients or on multinational projects is highly desirable
