Expected Job Role:
- Conduct market research and evaluate sectors for new venture opportunities.
- Analyze startup business models and support due diligence processes.
- Monitor and report on portfolio company performance and growth metrics.
- Assist in fundraising documentation and investor communications.
- Develop strategic growth plans in collaboration with portfolio ventures.
- Support in building partner ecosystems and co-investment pipelines.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or relevant graduate coursework in Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, or Innovation Management is an advantage.
- 3–4 years of experience in a highly analytical and fast-paced environment is required, with a mandatory background in investment banking.
- Solid understanding of the startup and investment ecosystem, particularly in emerging markets. Exposure to early-stage company dynamics, funding cycles, and growth metrics is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with valuation techniques, pitch deck evaluation, and preparing investment memoranda. Experience supporting or participating in fundraising efforts is a plus.
- High proficiency in Excel (modeling, sensitivity analysis), PowerPoint (deck building), and digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, etc.).

Sunday to Thursday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
