RFID Solutions Egypt is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to ensure all interactions align with brand values and community guidelines.
- Create and schedule consistent, engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity and supports ongoing campaigns.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to maintain strong follower engagement.
- Foster a positive online community by actively engaging with followers and addressing inappropriate or harmful content when necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support content strategy and drive community growth.
- Track performance and prepare monthly reports on social media efforts.
- Stay informed on current social media trends and best practices to continuously improve engagement and reach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
Work conditions:
Location: Zahraa El Maadi
Working Hours: From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Working Days: From Sunday to Thursday
