Probuilders is seeking a highly organized and presentable Admin Assistant with excellent English skills to support our team with administrative tasks and office management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Presentable with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Days off: Friday and Saturday
