We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainers to join iCareer growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our participants. This role is vital to the success of our training initiatives, ensuring that learners achieve their professional development goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to employee needs and business objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions using various instructional techniques such as simulations, role playing, and group discussions.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Create and maintain training materials and documentation to enhance learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and ensure training initiatives align with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, HR, psychology, business, or a related field.
  • Certified Train the Trainer (TTT) or equivalent.
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in soft skills training delivery.
  • Background in corporate, youth, or national development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to engage with diverse age groups and cultures.
  • Skilled in interactive training methods (e.g., role play, simulations).
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
