Job Summary
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet both internal and external quality standards, enhance operational efficiency, and lead a team of quality control inspectors.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Supervise and manage the quality control team, including training, performance evaluations, and team scheduling.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, raw materials, and finished products.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and PRC compliance.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions effectively.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address quality challenges and enhance overall product quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to quality control processes, including inspection reports, compliance records, and quality metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead root cause analysis and investigations into quality issues, developing and implementing preventive measures.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality control standards and procedures to foster a quality-focused work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in working in the same position.
  • Familiar with F&B Industry especially in Powder or Sauces industries.
  • Max. age 45
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quality or a same filed.
  • Preferred Location in 10th of Ramadan.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes specific to powder processing and sauces.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic and in both verbal and writing.
  • Ability to interpret quality data and metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
Work condition 
  • Working hours: from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM ( 1 Hour Break )
  • Fridays & Saturdays are off
  • Location: 10th of Ramadan
