Responsibilities:
Project Cost Control & Analysis in large-scale construction operations.
International Financial Compliance, including tax planning, currency management, and financial audits.
ERP Implementation & Optimization, preferably with experience in construction-oriented systems.
Team Development & Leadership, ensuring financial department efficiency across multicultural teams.
Strategic Partnership Support: Working closely with procurement, legal, and operations departments on major decisions.
Regional Finance Manager in a construction or engineering firm
Extensive experience in the construction industry, exceptional analytical and leadership skills, and a strong command of English
Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital efficiently.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with international standards (IFRS).
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance in respective countries.
Supervise accounting, finance, and tax teams.
Provide financial advice and risk analysis to support decision-making at the executive level.
Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and external financial consultants.
Monitor project budgets and cost performance against forecasts.
Requirements:
Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies.
12+ years of progressive financial experience in the construction industry, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
Proven knowledge of international financial reporting standards.
Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Deep understanding of construction project financial cycles.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
Proficiency in financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or construction-specific platforms).
Strong grasp of international accounting standards (IFRS).
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Work Conditions:
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
