 Job Description:


  • Support management in different tasks
  • Communicate with clients if needed
  • Maintain meeting records for the management
  • Answer phone calls and take messages as necessary
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Follow up and submit reports from various departments as needed
  • Support and facilitate the completion / submission of regular reports
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
  • Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Organize meetings, take notes and deliver minutes of meeting to all parties involved
  • Prepare facilities and arrange for refreshments for events, if required
  • Assist supervisors and staff with company projects and tasks
  • Implement administrative procedures
  • Create excel sheets as requested
  • Responsible for office supplies and equipment's
  • Interface with outsource suppliers and clients


Job Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Good Looking
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
