We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our team for a project based in the North Coast. Key Responsibilities: •Supervise architectural and finishing works on site. •Ensure execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. •Coordinate with civil, MEP, and subcontractor teams. •Review shop drawings and material submittals. •Monitor site progress and prepare periodic reports. •Ensure compliance with project schedule and safety standards. Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering. •4–5 years of experience in architectural site supervision and finishing works. •Strong knowledge of finishing materials and execution methods. •Experience in residential or resort projects is a plus. •Strong communication and coordination skills.
