About the Role
Rising Star is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies—especially in the training services sector (workshops, courses, and financial consulting).
This role is ideal for a marketing leader who can drive brand growth, manage cross-functional teams, and align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and implement strategic marketing plans to grow brand awareness.
-Lead and manage a diverse marketing team (designers, media buyers, content creators, social media specialists).
-Plan and oversee marketing campaigns targeting financial services and training sectors.
-Supervise content development across all platforms (blogs, newsletters, emails, social media).
-Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives.
-Manage all marketing channels—digital, traditional, and social media.
-Organize events, exhibitions, and workshops to promote company services.
-Analyze campaign performance and present regular reports to leadership.
-Engage with current and potential clients across digital platforms.
-Oversee the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
-Stay updated with the latest marketing and fintech trends.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree required.
-10+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years as a Marketing Manager.
-Strong familiarity with the training and financial services industry.
-Excellent communication in Arabic & English (verbal and written).
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
-Strong leadership, organization, and project management skills.
