Meras Solutions looking for Sales Admin that you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the real estate division. Your responsibilities will include managing client data, preparing reports, handling inquiries, assisting in sales processes, and facilitating communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments. 


Responsibilities:

    Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that sales processes are executed seamlessly from lead generation to closing.

    Maintain and update customer and property databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

    Prepare and process necessary documentation for property transactions, including contracts, offers, and agreements. Generate regular reports on sales performance, leads, and market trends.

    Efficiently manage and update the CRM system to ensure all sales data is tracked and monitored accurately.

    Handle general office tasks such as managing emails, filing documents, and scheduling meetings.

    Work closely with the marketing, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth processing of deals.


Requirements:

  • Have high English Profile.

  • Proven 2 experience in Real Estate.

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.

  • Excellent CRM knowledge.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

    Work Conditions: 

    Working days : Sunday- Thursday

    Working Hours : 10: 00 AM - 6 :00 P:M

    Location : Masr Elgdida
