🔴 Job Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the entire creative process from concept to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Develop and implement creative strategies, brand identities, and integrated campaign concepts aligned with client goals.
Present innovative ideas and visually impactful concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and content teams to align creative work with business objectives.
Supervise and mentor the design team to ensure brand consistency, creative integrity, and team growth.
Stay ahead of design trends, technologies, and digital tools to keep our creative work cutting-edge.
Efficiently manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Cultivate a collaborative and inspiring creative culture, encouraging fresh ideas and cross-functional teamwork.
🔴 Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Previously held positions such as Creative Director, Senior Art Lead, Art Director, or Senior Art Director.
Extensive background in social media management, digital marketing strategy, and client engagement.
Proven track record in creative direction, brand strategy, and campaign development.
Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse creative work across social media and digital campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
In-depth understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and visual storytelling.
Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM
Working Days: Sunday - Thursday
Days Off: Friday - Saturday
Location: Sheikh Zayed
