"Senior Design Architect" is needed for a Reputable Construction Company located in New Cairo
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the architectural design process from conception to completion.
- Ensure that all designs meet quality standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and translate them into functional designs.
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and expertise.
- Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with designs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and regulations, and incorporate them into designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Senior Architect in the construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 2D & 3D
