Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented CEO’s Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

  • Coordinate internal and external communications

  • Follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines on behalf of the CEO

  • Handle confidential information with integrity

  • Support in strategic planning and daily operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – this role requires professional-level English communication

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
