About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, prepare proposals, support deal negotiations, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
        Identify and approach potential clients and partners
        Conduct market and competitor research
        Prepare proposals and pitch company services
        Support negotiations and deal closures
        Maintain strong client and partner relationships
        Track business pipeline and performance reports

Qualifications
        2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales
        Experience in FMCG or automotive sectors preferred
        Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
        Ability to work independently and achieve growth targets
        Strategic and analytical mindset
