Proteam is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Specialist – B2C to join our growing team. If you’re customer-obsessed, target-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced consumer markets, this role is for you.
Drive B2C sales performance across assigned channels and territories
Identify, target, and convert new customers using effective sales strategies
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business
Execute promotional activities and product launches in coordination with marketing teams
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market insights
Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels
Track competitor activities and stay updated on market trends
4+ years of experience in B2C sales
Previous experience in FMCG, Tawkelat, or Automotive sectors is highly preferred
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Highly customer-oriented and target-driven mindset
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong B2C sales and closing skills

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
