UNLOCK is hiring now for a "Business Development Specialist (B2B)"!
UNLOCK is a leading B2B smart procurement platform focused on professional services, dedicated to helping SMEs streamline their procurement processes. We work closely with banks and financial institutions to provide innovative solutions that enable SMEs to grow efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential partners and service providers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to establish and expand the network of partners and service providers on the UNLOCK platform.
  • Lead the entire acquisition cycle from prospecting to onboarding new partners and service providers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners and service providers.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-collaboration and synergistic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement effective strategies for partners and providers acquisition.

    The job scope will evolve according to the business needs and priorities over time.
Job Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the B2B, procurement or services sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the professional services market
  • Proven track record of sourcing and building successful partnerships
  • Experience of working in a tech startup or fast paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
