🚀 We’re Hiring – Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

At Innovitics, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology organization and transform our core platform (ASMIO) into a scalable, market-ready product.

This is a builder-operator role: you will stabilize multi-project delivery, embed reliability and security practices, and drive productization of repeatable assets, while leading a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and DevOps/SRE professionals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Engineering, Architecture, DevOps/SRE, QA, Security, and Data teams.

  • Define and own technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap, including ASMIO and vertical packs.

  • Drive productization of repeatable assets into scalable products with SLAs, pricing models, and reference clients.

  • Ensure delivery excellence with CI/CD, release readiness, and predictable releases.

  • Embed security, compliance, and reliability best practices into all processes (SAST/DAST, SBOM, access policies).

  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team with strong culture, accountability, and succession planning.

  • Partner with commercial teams to support pre-sales, client solutions, and partner enablement (focus on KSA).

  • Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, incident MTTR, change failure rate, escaped defects, and estimate variance.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in E-commerce & ERP integrations (Shopify, Odoo, Salla, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience shipping web and mobile (Flutter) products at scale.

  • Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and secure SDLC.

  • Experience leading 20–40 engineers across multiple functions.

  • Experience with .NET Core, PHP/Laravel, or Node.js; multi-tenant architectures; Azure FinOps.

  • Domain experience in EV charging, utilities, or fintech is a plus.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent executive communication, leadership, and people development skills.
