We are hiring a passionate and creative Social Media Specialist to join iCareer dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence and engage with our educational community. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with our audience and drives our mission of transforming lives through development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to promote programs and events.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to effectively reach our target audience.
  • Organize social media advertising campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (1-3 years)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices for engagement and growth.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content tailored to our audience.
  • Strong portfolio or proven work in social media management
