🔴 Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage strategic client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Gain a deep understanding of client business objectives, market position, and industry trends—especially in the sports marketing space.
Develop and execute account strategies that align with client goals and ensure long-term success.
Guide cross-functional teams (creative, media, analytics, production) to deliver impactful and timely marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide senior-level insights and recommendations to optimize results.
Identify growth opportunities within accounts, including upselling and cross-selling of digital marketing and media production services.
Prepare and deliver high-level presentations, business reviews, and performance reports.
Proactively resolve challenges and provide strategic solutions, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to continuously bring value to client accounts.
Mentor and guide junior team members where applicable.
🔴 Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in account management or client services, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
Previous experience working with sports brands is highly preferred.
Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media advertising, and media production.
Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong command of social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, and tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong analytical mindset and a client-first mentality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Familiarity with project management platforms is a plus.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM
Working Days: Sunday - Thursday
Days Off: Friday - Saturday
Location: Sheikh Zayed
