The Sales Director will be the engine behind SRV’s next growth phase. You will own and lead the entire sales function—strategy, execution, people, and results. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll:
Define and execute B2B sales strategies
Build and scale a high-performing sales team
Optimize pricing and discounting discipline
Expand into new markets
Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth
Design and continuously optimize SRV’s B2B sales strategy in line with company goals
Identify new market segments, industries, and strategic partnership opportunities
Develop and implement territory plans, pricing models, and customer segmentation frameworks
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Executives and Business Developers
Define roles, KPIs, and career paths
Build a commission and incentive structure aligned with company targets
Lead by example—close strategic deals and build senior client relationships
Own and drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to close deals with optimal margins and payment terms
Increase customer wallet share through upselling and cross-selling
Set and monitor sales performance at team and individual levels
Design and oversee client acquisition campaigns and onboarding flows
Improve customer retention, reduce churn, and increase order frequency and value
Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance sales strategy
Develop forecasting models and lead pipeline reviews
Monitor and report on team performance and key KPIs
Align with marketing and tech teams to support campaign success and product improvements
Present performance reports directly to the CEO and investors
Experience in investor-backed startups or high-growth companies is a plus
Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills
Expert in sales pipeline management, pricing, and negotiation
Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer behavior
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Proficient in CRM, ERP systems (Odoo is a plus), and sales automation tools
